Performing arts can help children develop their imagination, explore their emotions, and find their own unique voice

Performing Arts is for students who have an interest in theatre and want to develop their knowledge and experience of performance skills and theatre-making techniques. These techniques will include singing, dancing, acting, cabaret style, improvisation, mime, puppeteering, magic etc.

Training at a Summer acting programme can be intensive, challenging and incredibly rewarding.  Whether you’re just starting out, building on skills you already have or looking to meet like-minded people along the way, a summer school is a great next step.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a more experienced performer, exciting Summer Courses give you the opportunity to explore and develop acting or musical theatre skills.  Experience the world of technical and backstage skills or play with an orchestra for the very first time.  By spending the summer within a creative environment your child will increase in confidence, learn new things about themselves and make both friends.

Creative Arts is for students with an artistic flair who would like to learn or improve their skills in drawing, painting, design, sculpture and ceramics. More specialist topics include Fashion, Animation, Photography Graphics & Illustration.

Dance programme includes 16 hours of Dance per week and is open to students who are trained in Classical Ballet/ Contemporary Dance from Intermediate to Advanced levels.  Conditioning &Pilates help students learn to develop and improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination.  Classical Ballet focuses on musicality, strength, alignment, extension, travelling, jumps and for Contemporary dance, the exploration of various techniques.  Students learn the choreographic tools needed to create their own dance routines.  At the end of the programme students will perform a demonstration and sharing of the work covered in both Classical Ballet and Contemporary training sessions in front of an audience. The performance will include new choreography, created in participation with the students during the course. Parents who are in the area at the time of the performance are welcome to attend it.
